IAS-Québec invites you to the first breakfast of the 2024-2025 season in Quebec City, focusing on entrepreneurship and managerial transition.This event will be a unique opportunity to explore practical experiences and gain valuable lessons.

We will have the honor of hosting three experts in the field. Émily Adam, co-owner of Ashton restaurants, will reveal key strategies and challenges she faced during the acquisition of her business. Charles Dutil, President and CEO of Manac Inc., will outline the essential steps to effectively prepare for a business succession. Finally, Benoit Poupart, Chairman of the Board, Pol R Enterprises Inc, will share lessons learned from finalizing his own succession. The discussion will be moderated by Anne-Marie Naud, Partner at Fasken.
